  2. Mouth Mouth the opening of the lower part of the humans face.

  3. Esophagus • The part of the throat that connects the esophagus and stomach.

  4. Stomach Stomach were food goes through.

  5. Small Intestine • The small intestine that runs between the stomach and large intestine.

  6. Large Intestine • The large intestine that transports waste.

  7. Liver • Liver cleans your blood.

  8. Appendix • The appendix is connected to the large intestine.

  9. Pancreas • A large gland behind the stomach.

  10. Gall Bladder • Gall Bladder is a small organ.

  11. Enzymes • A substance produced by a living thing.

  12. Bile/Bile Duct • The bile from the liver and the gallbladder to the duodenum.

  13. Mucus • A slimy substance that is called mucus.

  14. Chemical Digestion Breaking down food into smaller components.

  15. Absorption • The process or action.

  17. Villi • Any of numerous minute elongated.

  19. Gastric Juices The liquid secretion of the stomach.

  20. Duodenum • Duodenum first part of the small intestine beyond the stomach.

  21. Chyme • Gastric juices and partly digested food.
