Revised Data Analysis for Min Huang's Run on 6/12/2012: Handling Missing Data Issues

This document details the analysis process for the runs conducted on June 12, 2012, by Min Huang, focusing on significant data extraction. The raw data file provides the start times, critical for analyzer replay, as noted by Chao. Data for the HRS pcentral is sourced from end-of-run EPICS files. However, several runs are missing, possibly due to short or junk data (<20). The report identifies issues with P0 stability and suggests averaging EPICS values from the raw data file to mitigate the lack of stable outputs.

  1. Analyzer db_run.dat Check Min Huang 6/12/2012

  2. Generate db_run.dat • Run start time read from raw data file, which is used by analyzer during replay (Thanks Chao!) • ebeam, HRS pcentral from end of run epics files of each run • HRS theta temporarily fixed as 5.69 • MA fixed as 0.93827 for physics package (optics runs don’t use)

  3. Currently missing runs • Empty start time obtained from raw data, most likely very short runs, junk <20 • No end of run files ~ 107  spreadsheet list

  4. Potential Issue • P0 not stable runs. Could get p0 epics values from raw data file, and use the average of them. • ?
