Computers and hardware. • Computers with windows XP as the operating systems. • Mother Board with Intel DH55 TC • Ram 2 GB DDR3 – 1333 mhz • HDD – 500 GB – Seagate • Hp Laser jet M1136 Multifunction printer • Router D Link N - 150

HUMAN RESOURCES. • Number of employees – 2 • Qualifications – • Bachelors of commerce with 7 years of work experience with a Chartered accountancy firm. • Areas of expertise – • Data processing • Bank reconciliation • Preparation of accounts receivable, and accounts payable statements. • Preparation of Vat returns.

METHOD OF WORKING • Client Data received by mail every week. • Client Data : apex zip for Sage Backup, Invoices for Sales , Purchase,& Bank Statements in PDF Files • Backup restore in shared drive & Sage • Booking all purchase, Sales ,& Bank for quarter • Bank reconciliation • Generate Pdf. Files for BRS • Generate pdf. Files for Sales & Purchase Reports with details & summary • Fill Query Sheet • Create Vat Report File in excel sheet • Send a daily Report by mail with Sage Backup in Zip File

  6. OBJECTIVES. • To provide an infrastructure. • To provide efficient and dedicated workforce. • To provide cost benefits. COST BREAKDOWN - MONTHLY • Staff - Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 6.00 pm per Person £300 • Rent - per month. £300 • Overheads – Rates / electricity /phone/internet £200 • Mgt charges £ 400 • TOTAL COST PER MONTH £1200

  8. Cash Vouchers • Bank Statements of current Accounts • Cheque Books , Paying slips • Credit Card statements for Business / Personal • Format for previous VAT working/Bookkeeping : • - Sage production • In any format • - Excel worksheet
