  3. Monday • 2-hour workout • Warm-up: Stretch arms/legs (5min) Play warm-up drill (10min) • Body: • Play scales Bb, Eb, Ab (15min) • Band Box Drill, 4by4, 8by8, 16by16, 32by32 “100” (30min) • March-off Game, 3 rounds (20min) • March, (35min) • Cool-down: Push-ups (5min)

  4. Tuesday • 90-min workout • Warm-up: Stretch arms/legs (3min) Play warm-up drill (7min) • Body: • Play scales Bb, Eb, Ab, D (10min) • Band Box Drill, 4by4, 8by8, 16by16, 32by32 “150” (20min) • March-off Game, 2 rounds (10min) • March, (35min) • Cool-down: Sit-ups (5min)

  5. Wednesday • 1-hour workout • Warm-up: Stretch arms/legs (5min) • Body: • Play scales C, F, G (10min) • Band Box Drill, 16by16, 32by32 “180” (20min) • March, (20min) • Cool-down: Jumping-Jacks (5min)
