Committee on Directorship(COD) • Composition of COD • 1 member and alternate elected for each of the 12 districts • 4 ex-officio members • 2 COD Chair appointees • Role of COD • Evaluates all nominees for the AFP Board • Creates slate of District and At-large Directors to be elected by the members
