  5. Chapter Presidents’ Council (CPC) • Composition • All Chapter Presidents • Ex-officio non-voting representatives • Selects members of the Committee on Directorship (COD) • Elects a representative to the AFP Board • Forum for networking, feedback, dialogue and identification of issues

  6. Committee on Directorship(COD) • Composition of COD • 1 member elected from each of 12 districts • 6 ex-officio members or appointees • Role of COD • Evaluates all nominees for the AFP Board • Creates slate of Directors to be elected by the members

  7. AFP International Board of Directors • 12 District members • 8 At-large members • 9 Officers • 2 Chair appointees • 1 At-large member chosen by CPC • 3 Ex-officio members

  9. Chapter Board Workshop • Led by AFP staff and volunteer leaders • Covers the nuts and bolts of how to run a chapter • Reviews the resources available to chapter leaders from IHQ • Network with other chapter leaders
