    3. Update on status of: Comprehensive Needs Assessment Service Delivery Plan Funding Formula

    4. FP 560 launched Thursday, April 19 under fiscal period 2011-12 Due date: Friday, May 11, 2012 Two sections of grant application First section for those districts only serving migrant students. Second section for those districts serving both migrant and non-migrant students. Re-allocation notifications will be provided by May 4 Requires input from migrant parents whose children are served with program funds. Summer Grant Application

    5. Migrant Education Report FP 521 will be launched in May, located under fiscal period 2012-13 Include actual full-time equivalent data of staff paid with migrant funds. Note the headcount of each staff person. Provide the number and FTE of paraprofessionals paid with program funds that met the qualified definition under Title I, Part A. Provide count of PFS students served. Update the SDP Goals Worksheet to note the final results of efforts implemented locally be sure to enter the date of most recent updates. Ensure the Supplemental Services Report in MSIS reflects the services provided to migrant students by your district especially those services paid with program funds. End-of-Year Reports 2012
