Results • The expected learning outcome of specialized banking Major was built. • All of syllabus was completed • We built skills matrix. • Program tree. • The websites of UEH was improved. • FOB issue regulations. • Document management, recordkeeping. • The survey of training programs to students- course 35. • To improve other activities. Advantages and difficulties Advantages: • To the university • Be concerned, closely guided by Board of Director. • Counseling and support from the Testing - Quality Assurance department. • Support Department: collecting evidence and documents, having the thoughtful and synchronous to welcome the external review team. • Support of Faculties: building outcomes, contributing skills matrix, editing syllabus and translating it into English Faculty of Banking

Advantages • Professional activities with full documents system regulates all activities: + Training program + Student assessment + Teaching & Learning Strategy + HR policies, developing lecturers-staff. + The student support activity. + Scientific research -The staffs are competent for their tasks and scientific research.   7. Advantages • To FOB • The input and output points of students is high. • The ratio of graduation is high • The union movement, academic are good. Support lecturer - staff and determine. The ratio of Dr.: 16/40 The ratio of lecturers is trained abroad: quite high. Scientific research. Good relationships with employers. Many achievements. Faculty of Banking

  8. Difficulties To the univerity: The survey is limited. The facilities are limited: lack of space, library, computer room. overload classes. The cooperation between the functional departments and the faculty is still loose. Faculty of Banking

  9. Difficulties • To FOB. • Lack of experience. • Some contents of criteria were repeated • Long time => pressure • The number of elective subjects is small, the practice time is limited • Collecting evidence is difficult. • Passivity in the process. • Fund for implementation. Faculty of Banking

Experiences The process of writing Self-assessment report Translating evidence into English The writer understand the operation of Faculty, the university, the contents of the program, evidence. The content must reflect the logicality: planning, implementation and reporting. • There should be specific period. • Understanding the criteria • It should be written on each criterion (15 criteria) • The faculties need to keep records better => easy to collect and update MC Faculty of Banking

The external review team • Self-assessment report is honest, update, innovative. • The improvement process of expected learning outcome training program => objectives, mission, vision. • Connecting between expected learning outcome with activities the university. • How does the output standard popularize to stakeholders: students, lecturers, staff, alumni, employers? • What knowledge and skills does each subject contribute for expected learning outcome clearly ? Overcoming the limitations of the training program: The number of elective subjects is small,adapt to practice. • Improving soft skills for students. • The way to assess student in accordance with expected learning outcome. Which specific standards do the faculty have? • Interested in stakeholders’ satisfaction about the quality of training. Faculty of Banking

  14. How are the suggestions of students, lecturers, stakeholders made? Reception and improvement. • The functional department has support for the faculty in the process of training programs. • It should provide specific measures to improve the quality of staff. • Some other problems.
