  2. Joey’s Problem • Joey is going camping this summer and he needs supplies for his trip. • Joey wants to buy his supplies at Canadian Tire or Walmart • Joey can’t spend more than $600.00 on supplies • Joey wants help figuring out WHERE he should buy his supplies.

  3. What Joey needs to buy Here is a list of the supplies that Joey needs to buy: • A 6 person tent • 2 sleeping bags • A 2 burner camping stove • 2 LED camping lanterns • 2 flashlights • 4 camping chairs • A 50 quart cooler • A 65L backpack

  4. What you need to do • You need to go to each store’s website and search for the cheapest price for each item at the 2 stores • Write the cheapest prices for each store in the chart on the first page of the activity sheet • Add up the total cost for all the items at each store • Answer the questions at the end of the activity sheets • Canadian tire: http://www.canadiantire.ca/home.jsp?site=WebStore • Walmart: http://www.walmart.ca/en
