  2. ANTON VOREK company is a supplier of a complete range of grouting equipment, materials and devices for performing the chemical micro-injections and other accessory products for reconstructions. We provide quick and reliable goods´ deliveries including the machines´ and devices´ service. We use the newest experience in the field of technology of high-pressure micro-injections and our goal is to provide to our customers the whole range of a high quality materials and equipment. We are one of the establishing companies of the Czech branch of the international organization WTA.

  6. Grouting packers, injectors • Grouting packers are produced in a wide range of design. Packers are divided according to the type of the construction and material, then they differ in the sealing rubber diameter, the packer´s length and the way of connecting the packer or injector to the hose of the grouting pump.

SGS – Safety grouting system IH • Is designated for the additional sealing of the working and dilatation joints and areas of the underground constructions (building´s basements, tunnels, …) by grouting technology. • Is designated in two variations of the diameter and inner flow of the grouting hose – IH 12/6 and 18/10. • Safety grouting system (SGS) is installed into the construction during the development. • Possibility of the repeatable injection.

  11. Grouting materials • We produce and deliver one and two-component grouting polyurethan resins for waterproofing, sealing, strengthening and stability grouting and the three-component acrylic gel for waterproofing injections and sealing injections of the cracks.

Grouting materials • One-component polyurethan resins (half flexible, flexible) - for waterproofing grouting of the brick, stone and masonry walls, sealing grouting of the working and dilatation joints and cracks in the concrete and iron concrete constructions of the underground structures. Also for activation of the safety grouting systems (SGS). • Two-component polyurethen resins (inflexible) - for water-proofing grouting of the brick, stone and masonry wals, sealing grouting of the working and dilatation joints and cracks in the concrete and iron concrete constructions of the underground structures. Stabilizing grouting of soil and rock.

  14. Liquid foils PUR • Two-component polyurethan liquid foil (paint) - for waterproofing of vertical and horizontal concrete areas, still cracks and joints, penetrates and details. It is produced in tixotropic and levelling version. The system of the liquid foil is composed of the spatula, penetration and two layers of the liquid foil.
