  2. PHOTO DAY - WINTER EDITION I am here to create the memories for you that you always wished for. But why animals? I am a dog owner myself and also have entirely fallen for horses. I am surrounded by them all day long (literally - I am living on a horse farm). So I started to take pictures of what I love. But I had no idea what would grow out of it. Not much touches my heart like a picture of an animal, caught in the perfect moment, surrounded by stunning light, creating that ideal feeling. So it became my profession. And I don’t want to change anything about it. Every horse or dog owner I meet has their own story. I love to hear about them and turn them into pictures. What is your story? We will have a cozy and relaxed day together. Since November can already be a little bit chill, we will welcome you with warm drinks. If you come with a horse, a stall can be organized for you, so you can wait and prepare for your session in a dry and friendly place.

  3. PHOTOGRAPHING HORSES Photographing horses is not just a matter of jumping the paddock fence and pressing the shutter button. As beautiful as they are, horses can be very unpredictable. They have big, slightly stained teeth at the front, and two very hard, round missiles (aka hooves) at the back. Before entering a paddock or barn, make sure you get some experience around horses without a camera in your hand.

  4. HOW DOES IT WORK? All my pictures get printed in a store of my trust. I love to support local businesses and actually I have big advantages of it. They don't ship the prints, so I always pick them up myself. I know the guys behind the machines from those several pick-ups, and they know me as well. Which is nice, because they make sure to deliver the quality I demand for my business and in case something is not right or seems to be off with my print data,

  5. HORSE/HUMAN IMAGES Focus on the bond between the client and the animal. They should be connected in some way in your images. Just like we try to connect families in a session, create opportunities for the subjects to connect. If the client is riding the horse, look for the moments the client and horse are working together as partners. The animal will be relaxed, with his ears and eyes pointing forward.
