Operations Manual Feedback • 5.2 Diagnosis • Add Rollout List as source of information • 6.2 Updating task when a site changes state • If new problem masks old one extend expiration time of masked tickets to match • If ticket was open and now site is in infinite SD • We extended ticket by one week
CIC Portal Ideas • First Email • When more detailed is added to the original submission, can the email get updated automatically? • Email Follow-ups • Is it possible to add related email from follow-up list to ticket diary? • We now manually paste all related email • Site Comments • Add comments and observations about a site outside of a ticket • Mention why a ticket was not opened for this site • Mark Sites to help COD manage tasks • Check later, False positive, done
