Detailed Automated Logbook. Click on “Automated Logbook ”. New screen opens your detailed Logbook’s Homepage. Register all your Drivers. Scroll over “Drivers”. Click on “Add Additional Drivers ”. Complete this form to register all your drivers . Click Add Driver. Click on “Add Driver ”.

  1. Detailed Automated Logbook Click on “Automated Logbook”

  2. New screen opens your detailed Logbook’s Homepage

  3. Register all your Drivers Scroll over “Drivers” Click on “Add Additional Drivers” Complete this form to register all your drivers

  4. Click Add Driver Click on “Add Driver”

  5. View Drivers - Edit and Send SMS Click on “View Member” Click on “Send” to send SMS Click on “Name” to Edit

  6. Type message and Send Click on “Send” to send SMS

  7. View your Vehicles in Groups Click on “Vehicles” Click on Group to View

  8. Select Layout of your Vehicle list Display Click on “Settings” Check or uncheck this box to select

  9. View All your Vehicles in List

  10. Enter Vehicle Detail to activate Logbook If displayed in red Click on “Registration nr. of vehicle” and enter details to activate

  11. Complete and Save

  12. Enter or Edit Main Driver Details Click on “Driver”

  13. Complete and Save

  14. Add Additional Drivers to a Vehicle • To enable their Cell Phones • To activate or deactivate the vehicles alarm • To send the emergency SMS message in case of emergency situations

  15. Add Additional DriversAllowed to drive this vehicle Click on “Plus”

  16. Check the boxes

  17. Next Service Warning Turns Red when due

  18. Enter the Distance before service to be Warned Click “Settings” Enter warning distance

  19. View Vehicle’s Logbook Click on “Registration nr. of vehicle” to View Logbook

  20. Compatibility View Click on “Compatibility View” to View complete Logbook

  21. Vehicle’s Logbook Displayed

  22. Select day to View Month Selected Use arrows to select Month Click on day to View Day selected All trips made that day are displayed

  23. Edit Vehicle Detail Click on “Edit Vehicle”

  24. Complete and Save

  25. Add Fuel Input Click on “Add Fuel”

  26. Complete and Submit

  27. Remember toManage Fuel Price Changes Click on “Manage Fuel Price” Enter current price per litre

  28. Regularly “Calibrate” Odometer

  29. Enter actual Odometer Reading

  30. The Snapshot Use arrows to select Month Accuracy of these calculations depends on how you use your logbook Enter all the detail meticulously and regularly and we will do the rest

  31. Manage Tyre’s, Batteries, Spare wheel, Services and Fines

  32. Click subject to Manage Click on Battery to manage

  33. Select and click on Tyre Click on selected tyre to manage

  34. Manage each Tyre change

  35. Scroll over Tyre to view distance travelled

  36. Manage Battery change

  37. Manage Spare weel

  38. Manage Services

  39. Manage Speeding Fines

  40. Send SMS to Selected Drivers Click “Custom Message” Tick the boxes of those you wish to send SMS to
