  12. Scholarship/Internship Program Internships • Four student interns • Four entities (Bellingham, Arlington, Ellensburg, Kittatas County) • Program expanded to include 5th student Scholarships • 50 scholarships (37 conference, 10 non-conference, 3 GFOA) • Total awards to date $19,190
