  3. Registration Members Annex A • Assist EANGUS with registration and provide identification and welcome bags w/information as of 21 April

  4. Golf Outing Annex B • Conduct a Golf Outing at The Prairies of Cahokia in Cahokia, IL on 6 August 2010 @1330 hrs • Operation is based on a break-even financial model. If additional funds are generated, they will be turned over to the EANGUS Conference fund • Provide a pleasant and memorable day for participants! as of 21 April

  5. Color Guard Annex C • Conduct Color Guard for Opening Ceremony 8Aug and Closing Ceremony on 11Aug • Posting and retrieving of Colors • Work with PROTOCOL on Opening Ceremony 54 State and Territory entrance as of 21 April

Transportation Annex D • Provide transportation for all incoming personnel and outgoing personnel from military and civilian airports • Provide transportation assets for DVs and VIPs Coordinate through Operations center with Protocol and Communications Center to support all transportation requirements • Provide internal communications for all transportation assets as of 21 April

  8. Administration Annex E • Provide administration support in word processing, high volume copying/printing and individual copying in support of EANGUS staff and conference attendees • Operate message center as of 21 April

  9. Operations Annex F • Provide Operation Center to all Conference Operations to include transportation, medical, security, JVB, Conference set up, communications and other support missions as required as of 21 April

  10. Flight Operations Annex G • Coordinate all incoming and departing military air flights, arrange for aircraft parking space and service flight crews • Coordinate all flights and transportation requests with Operation Center as of 21 April

  11. Security Operations Annex H • Provide security for conference facilities, attendees and DV if required • Provide detail plan NLT 1 May 2010 as of 21 April

  12. Medical Operations Annex I • Provide emergency first aid treatment for conference attendees. Coordinate with local EMT/Ambulance for emergency evacuation as of 21 April

  13. Protocol Annex J • Coordinate and execute DV and VIP visit to Conference • Coordinate with Operations Center for flight information, transportation and security • Ensure escort DV/VIP (NCO) is available if required to escort as of 21 April

  14. Band Operations Annex K • Provide ceremonial and entertainment music for Conference as of 21 April

  15. Welcome Night Annex L • Provide food, beverage, entertainment for welcome night activity for 1500-2000 attendees from 1800-2200 as of 21 April

  17. IT/Audio Visual Annex M • Provide all IT requirements to conduct the general session and breakout sessions and to provide all audio visual requirements to conduct and record the general session as of 21 April

  18. Hospitality Annex N • Provide personnel at Airport to greet and instruct arriving attendees • Provide personnel at 2 locations to assist attendees with information and directions as of 21 April

  19. Area Night Annex O • Coordinate Area Night Function with 7 Area Cooking Groups on 10 Aug 10 • Assist groups with acquisition of equipment needed for cooking and serving food/beverages • Assist with purchase of supplies as of 21 April

  20. Fundraising Ops Annex Q • Raise adequate funds to cover host state costs for all events, acquire in-kind resources for conference needs from early planning stages through mop up as of 21 April

  21. ALL AREA HOSPITALITY NIGHT INFORMATION FOR ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI 2010 The “All Area Hospitality Night” will be hosted on Tuesday 10 August 2010 on the riverfront road below the Gateway Arch. The Hospitality Night point of contact is Sharon Belt. sharon.belt@us.army.mil; trailsharon@hotmail.com; 573-301-9216 Each Area Chairperson needs to complete this form and return to Sharon Belt by 1 July 2010. We will be having a meeting in St. Louis the morning of 10 August to discuss each Area’s location for setup. The time and location of the meeting will be announced on 9 August. Beer will be provided by MO during the function.
