Unsatisfactory Performance A student shall be required to discontinue studies if: • the cumulative GPA is 1.0 or below, or • the student fails to have probation lifted after being put on academic probation for two consecutive terms of attendance, or • additional requirements laid down for the programme by the Graduate Division concerned are not satisfied *A student shall be put on academic probation if the cumulative GPA is below 2.0 in the preceding term

MyCUHK • MyCUHK is a one-stop information portal for personalized access to various online resources • Some of the most frequently used are: • CUSIS and MyStudy: access of e-learning platform and perform course selection (guidelines on course selection: www.cuhk.edu.hk/gss/crs_reg) • Webmail: send/receive your emails through the Campus-wide Email System

Action Guide • Perform course registration at MyCUHK during course registration period 10:00am on 6 August – 5:30pm on 9 August 2013 with the online registration login ID and password on your admission notification • ITSC will send a 6-digit V-code to you by email or SMS starting from 20 August 2013 • Use the V-code to retrieve the Computing Accounts Information (CAI) and CWEM password at http://cai.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk • The CAI and CWEM password can be used to access the student portal MyCUHK

  17. Student ID Card Collection • Students may collect their student ID card (CU Link) at CU Link Card Centre during office hours. • For your convenience, we may collect your student cards on behalf of you and then distribute them to you in classes. • Please sign your name on the sign-up sheet if you wish to do so.

  18. Campus Parking • Pre-paid parking coupons are available for campus parking ($20/5hrs). • The application form is available at http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/security_unit/eLabel.html • Please send the completed form to Iris Chan by mail, email or fax. • Bring along the necessary documents to Security Office for purchase of parking coupons.
