Procedure of Survey Administration • An email invitation with Dr. Ridgeway’s/Dr. Hephner LaBanc’s message and signature was sent out 5-7 days prior to each orientation session for those new incoming students that had signed up for that specific orientation session. • The numbers were confirmed with Enrollment Services prior to sending the invitations out for each orientation session. • Each invitation is tied to a unique link sent out to the students. • Included in the Qualtrics data is the UM Student ID • A follow up reminder was sent out 1-2 days prior to the future students arriving on campus that had not completed the survey.
