Requestor fills the information in the asset disposal form (MMU/P1, obtainable from Intranet) and submit to ALO for further process and verification. Yes Yes 4. ALO fills up the information in MMU/P2 form and seeks relevant agency / department to check and verify that the asset is not economical to repair. No No End No 7. ALO inform requestor that their application has been approved. Requestor needs to furnish the form (FA-AD3.2003) and submit to ALO 8. Wait for further instruction from Finance Fixed Asset for the collection of the disposed asset. 6. Finance Fixed Asset approve? 5. ALO submit both the forms to Finance Fixed Asset for further action Yes Legend:- ALO: FET Asset Liaison Officer
