Background • CAPER 2011-2012 • Described how the City used federal funds during FY 2011-2012 • Details the progress that has been made toward the 2010-2015 Consolidated Plan Goals • Housing Department Performs the Oversight and Administration of the funded programs/ projects. • Public Review and Comment Period • September 27, 2012 through October 15, 2012

Performance Assessment • Funded programs and projects for 2011-2012 • Projects met or exceeded their goals • 22 Public/ Human Service projects served over 6,600 unduplicated persons • 16 Non-Public Service projects made capital improvements, conducted housing rehabilitation, and provided economic development services to the community. • 4 HOME funded projects. • On track to meet five year performance goals

  4. Council Policy Consideration • The proposed action supports the City Council Strategic Planning Three-Year Goals in the areas of: • Improving, maintaining and enhancing public facilities and infrastructure • Supporting the quality of life • Maintaining fiscal responsibility and stability

  5. Fiscal Impact There is no fiscal impact as a result of this action and will not have nay indirect or support cost requirements. This action has no impact to other operational programs or capital projects.
