  7. ¿CÓMO SOLICITAR LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE LOS ALUMNOS PARA UN CURSO? • Ahora ordenamos la columna de los correos de los jefes inmediatos para que el COORDINADOR envíe un correo electrónico a éstos para que autoricen/o no a sus subordinados la realización del curso.

  9. ¿CÓMO SOLICITAR LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE LOS ALUMNOS PARA UN CURSO? Seleccionamos la columna donde está el correo electrónico del jefe inmediato

  10. ¿CÓMO SOLICITAR LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE LOS ALUMNOS PARA UN CURSO? El coordinador envía un correo a cada uno de los jefes inmediatos adjuntándoles la lista de sus subordinados que desean hacer el curso, para que éste responda al correo con la lista de los subordinados que autorice.

  11. ¿CÓMO SOLICITAR LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE LOS ALUMNOS PARA UN CURSO? En resumen, el coordinador debe: • Enviar el correo electrónico al jefe inmediato, con el listado de los nombres de sus subordinados que han solicitado el curso, pidiéndole la autorización al mismo. • Esperar la respuesta con la autorización. • Seleccionar los alumnos definitivos entre los autorizados por sus jefes. • Matricularles.
