  4. 教師輔導管教 依據教育基本法、教師法、學校相關辦法 *了解學生權利 受教、人格發展、自尊、隱私…… *行使輔導管教的基本法律概念 合法性、有效性、合目的性、比例原則 *體罰需負責任 行政、民事及行政責任
