  3. Quand? • La dernière nuit qu’on mange la nourriture grasse avant que le carême commence (le Mercredi des cendres) • La saison du carnaval • Ca commence le jour de, ou après, la fête de l’Epiphanie • Ca se termine le jour avant le Mercredi des cendres(Mardi Gras)

  4. Fête • Défilés • Masques et déguisements • À manger • Crêpes (France) • Beignets (Nouvelle Orléan)
