Office on Disability

This proposal outlines the creation of a national office on disability, mandated to optimize resources from various ministries and engage public and private sectors to support persons with disabilities (PWDs). Key areas of focus include early intervention, education, and employment. Current challenges include a lack of mainstreaming of disability issues and insufficient expertise. Recommendations involve collaboration among ministries, setting up employment panels, and ensuring that resources are utilized effectively to improve outcomes for PWDs.
