CASA Follow Up Subscription Order Process • From September 1st 2004 Campus & School Anniversary Orders may be placed through Moet • Anniversary orders are year 2 & 3 orders of a 36 month agreement • Initial orders cannot be placed on Moet currently. These must be submitted manually via APLQuest. • Note: Additional Product Orders can only be placed at the anniversary and can not be placed mid term. • The previous subscription follow-up enrolment form will no longer be accepted by APOC

  4. Choose ‘new order’ as order type.

  5. 2. Complete Purchase Order Detail Lines as per below

CASA Follow Up Reminder Letters • The Campus and School programs allow our customers to opt for 3 years contract with either upfront payment or annual payment • For annual payment, customers are to submit the follow-up orders to Microsoft at the anniversary date • Reminder letters to customers for follow up subscription orders have been introduced • Intended as a reminder for overdue orders and will be sent to the end-customers during the 1st week after the anniversary date • The LAR will be copied in this reminder
