  5. Services “D.M. Security Group” LTD established in 2004 and provides security services to various government agencies and private sector. The provided services include: • Protection of private persons and their properties • Protection of the properties of legal persons, buildings, warehouses and storage facilities. • Protection of buildings, warehouses and storage facilities with various technical devices.

Quality and Control • Well organised company for 24 hours control of quality security service through mobile force at any time of the day. • supports 24 hour mobile telephone connection between the central office and the guarded objects. • has a permanent contact and cooperation with the state police authority and its clients. • has a permanent duty unit, which responds when called and can provide the necessary support in aggravated conditions in a certain situations. • takes all financial burden, occurred as a result of un-fulfilment of duties. • takes at its expense all the personal security of staff .

  7. Investments Due to the dynamic development of the company during the last years, huge amount of resources has been invested for improving the quality of work. The investments are mainly for certificates, observation and security equipment as well as for PMR (private mobile radio).

LICENSES • License for executing private security activity on the territory of the whole country. • Individual license for realizing telecommunications through independent telecommunication mobile net. • License for using individually determined limited resource – radio-frequency spectrum for transmitting electronic messages for our needs through electronic communication net from a mobile radio station – PMR

CERTIFICATES • Certification ISO 9001:2000 • Certification OHSAS 18001 • Certification for membership in the Bulgarian chamber for protection and security as well as in a National association of the companies for commercial security and protection. • A document certifying the right of “D.M. Security Group” Ltd. to take part in International procedures of NATO.

Guards • Well trained staff, with a professional attitude with high degree of responsibility to the task and the protection of persons and properties. • The firm has over 550 body guards, which provide 24 hours protection both armed and unarmed on important assignments therefore adhering to the following requirements: - ISO-9001 – European Standard - Private Security Activities Law - up to maximum 45 year old - good intellectual level - good physical and professional training. • All bodyguards have license from the Ministry of Internal Affairs forproviding security services.
