Telling the Story

This document illustrates the structure and key components of storyboards for the MOQC initiative. It provides a clear framework that includes team information, planning, performance tracking, and best practices sharing. Storyboards are informal and can be hand-written, allowing for creativity in presenting completed change packets, data dashboards, and utilized resources. By fostering teamwork and communication, these storyboards will enhance the visibility of initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts. For questions, contact the MOQC team at CC-MOQC-TEAM@med.umich.edu.
