  5. Rapid Response $132,513 Grant Award to administer Rapid Response in our area. Note: $26, 503.00 of this allotment has been allocated for PY13 with the remaining balance being affected by the current government shutdown. * Funds are used to respond to local layoff events that include 25 or more workers.
