If you don’t have enough, change your journal了解读者，或改变期刊来获得更广的读者群 • Focus on getting the best scientific content and authors致力于获得最好的科研内容 • Visit conferences in your subject area参加本学科的科技性会议 • Get back-up from your institute获得学校的支持
