OBJECTIVES • To meet with team members in person. • To exchange most current information and ideas. • To help zone team members plan and prepare • for their role for the coming Rotary Year. • To coordinate the services given to TRF • as key resource volunteers.   5. RRFC’s ROLE is to • Promote the Programs of TRF • Support the Goals of TRF • Promote the Contributions to TRF • Be a Resource on all Foundation Matters • Help DRFC’s ZONE TEAM TRAINING 09 MAY 2009 Turgut Gökyiğit

RRFC’s RESPONSIBILITIES are to • Train the Team Leaders and work in coordination. • Plan, promote and conduct a Regional Rotary Foundation Seminar. • Assist in planning Rotary District and Rotary Institute Foundation seminars and ask to be invited as a speaker. • Support the District Team • Actively promote the work of The Rotary Foundation to Rotarians and non-Rotarians around the world. • Promote the importance of STEWARDSHIP. • Complete the reports in a timely manner.   8. ARRFC’s RESPONSIBILITIES THEY WILL • Report to RRFC. • Provide communication link between district leadership and Rotary Foundation Staff. • Assist the RRFC in all aspects of TRF ZONE TEAM TRAINING 09 MAY 2009 Turgut Gökyiğit

ARRFC’s RESPONSIBILITIES are to • Train and work closely with district leadership. • Encourage clubs and districts to develop and maintain strong fundraising committees. • Assist clubs and districts in setting their APF goals. • Encourage 100% participation by all clubs in the Foundation programs. • Ensure that there are zero non-contributing clubs in the district.   10. ARRFC’s RESPONSIBILITIES are to • Monitor grant activity and monthly fundraising progressin assigned districts. • Promote STEWARDSHIP • Provide regular quarterlyprogress reports to RRFC and Foundation staff. ZONE TEAM TRAINING 09 MAY 2009 Turgut Gökyiğit

  11. ARRFC’s RESPONSIBILITIES are to • Promote the Every Rotarian Every Year and Two Needs,Two Ways of Giving message at all meetings. • Lead by example and contribute US$100 or more each year to APF ZONE TEAM TRAINING 09 MAY 2009 Turgut Gökyiğit

ARRFC’s RESPONSIBILITIES are to • Promote and support the giving of major gifts to TRF. • Assist RRFCs in promoting major gifts & Benefactor commitments at all Rotary events. • Support Polio+ Challenge by soliciting major gifts. • Lead by example through a major gift.   13. RFAC’s ROLE is to • Make sure that every district has alumni subcommittee. • Ensure that Rotary clubs and districts make Foundation alumni integral part of Rotary. • Use alumni as effective advocates of TRF. ZONE TEAM TRAINING 09 MAY 2009 Turgut Gökyiğit

  14. RFAC’s RESPONSIBILITIES are to • Support and encourage district alumni subcommittees to improve alumni activities and to work in cooperation with TRF Alumni Relations Section. • Create and distribute a newsletter. • Help districts organize specific alumni events. • Encourage alumni to contribute financially to TRF. • Help coordinate alumni activities at meetings. • Provide quarterly progress reports to RRFC.
