Some data why do they leave Demographics Age, gender (males), salary, union member, managers Stress role conflict, work-family conflict, lack of recognition Healthy Workplace availability of safety program; wellness programs Effects of Safety and Wellness programs were 6 times larger than the effects of benefits (medical, dental etc)
