  3. PFC CHOKE 設計步驟 一, 規格確認: 1, INPUT, (單組或兩組電壓) 2, LOAD, (另有DERATING作法) 3, SIZE ( POWER 內擺置考量), 4, 可接受的溫度, 5, 其他較特殊之因素,

  4. 二, 設計考量: 1, 圈數計算 a, 110V/50Hz, 175Ts~200Ts (REF.) b, 230V/50Hz, 355Ts~400Ts (REF.) ( 230V大約是100V的兩倍), 2, 線徑考量: 線徑的決定取決於耐電流之強度, 3, 特性要求 a, I/P75W(or 50w) Current Harmonics % 要求 (量測標準依法規訂定) b, O/P FULL LOAD 時 I/P 180V (or 90V) Current Waveform 相對稱性, 4, 溫昇測量

  5. 三, 材料選擇: 1, CORE a, SIZE EI28,EI35,EI41 b, 材質 Z11 , H18 c, 厚度( 一般以0.35mm 選用), 2, BOBBIN 3, GAP 4, 銅線 5, LEAD WIRE: PVC WIRE (105℃) PE WIRE(125℃) 6, Insulation tape

STEP1: 決定Max Dimension 假設為EI41*26,就可以得出EI41型之銅窗面積為120mm2 STEP2:決定銅線線徑及圈數, 由於是3線式所以先設計100V之部份,線徑可以由φ=√A/2 之經驗公式計算。最大輸出180W,最小電壓90V A=180/90=2 (假設PF=1) ,因此 φ≒0.7 而圈數則取銅窗面積之60%來設計,所以100V之銅窗面積為120*0.6=72mm2 故圈數T= 72/(0.7+0.03)2≒135(T) (將銅線視為正方體) 同理230V之電流為→180/176≒1.0 所以線徑φ= √10/2 ≒1.0 圈數T= 120*0.4/(0.5+0.03)2≒170(T)

  7. STEP3:線包決定後,就實際以SPS來試特性,首先調整STEP3:線包決定後,就實際以SPS來試特性,首先調整 MYLAR片(Gap)厚度以符合3%之Harmonic current Margin,都通過後再看100V及230V之Input current Wavefore 是否也無大小波之狀況,若無法以調整 MYLAR片之方式來調整客戶要求,則必須調整 100V及230V之圈數及線徑來達成。 STEP4:完成以上3個步驟後,即可做特性及溫度評估。
