LEADERSHIP ACROSS MULTIPLE TEAMS (2009–2016) • Steve Edward Evans reported directly to the U.S. President, overseeing finance, HR, IT, real estate, and overall operations. • He joined as CFO/COO of Deep Focus in 2009 and, in 2011, was promoted to regional CFO/COO of The Engine Group. • Steve unified various departments by establishing shared standards and consistent processes organization wide.

HIS SMART FINANCIAL PLANNING & GOVERNANCE • Steve developed financial plans aligned with strategic goals, growth objectives, and market opportunities. • He managed all financial operations - budgets, CapEx, debt, taxes, accounting, and fiscal controls for long-term stability. • He introduced clear and consistent policies and procedures that supported sustainable expansion.
