Wibel’s Restaurant Group CEO/Owner Mark Wibel Mark Wibel was a former owner/Executive of Outback Restaurants, recent President/owner of Carrabba's Italian Grills (recently sold interest in Canton Carrabba’s) and now owner of CheeseBurger Paradise, formerly owned by Jimmy Buffet and OutBack - now being purchased by Wible’s Restaurant Group. Mark owns Wibel’s Restaurant Group and we are discussing his company taking charge of ALL food and beverage at Atwood. This contract would include the wellness items, regional dishes such as Amish Chicken and fresh local vegetables and Fish. We are discussing a contract with Breitenbach Wine Cellar which would become part of the Wibel’s Group responsibility, assuming we are successful. Wibel Restaurant Group will also be involved with and responsible for the Ohio Sports Bar. Mark is from Michigan. Several years ago, we started discussing bringing the operating and marketing protocols of organized and successful restaurants, such as OutBack and Carrabba’s, to Destination Resorts and Country Clubs (names not included).
