HELPDESK &TECHNICAL SUPPORT Doug Toppin - Manager of Tech Support Frank Giummo - DoIT Helpdesk Supervisor • Support 14,000 students and over 2,000 faculty and staff • 6 Technical Support Staff & 6 Helpdesks Agents • 7 day Helpdesk Support during the Semester • Support approximately 1000+ administrative computers and peripherals on Campus • Support Hardware, software, and Network related problems • Email or call the Helpdesk for computing problems • All work orders are logged and you receive a reference #

DoIT HelpDesk Services • HelpDesk is the Central Source of Contact for all requests for Service • Calls and requests are accepted for: • Audio Visual Services and Special Events • Classroom Technology Services • ITSS (training, student labs, personal course pages) • Email • Telephone Support • Internet, Network and Wireless Access Support • Application Server Support • CUNYfirst
