DoIT All-Staff Meeting

The DoIT All-Staff Meeting held on May 18, 2009, addressed critical topics including recognition for a successful year, budget challenges, and project priorities. The department faces a potential $900K cut, heightened by the Governor’s recent announcement of furloughs and rescinded pay raises for non-represented staff. Discussions emphasized the impact on various services and the importance of strategic planning to navigate financial constraints. Staff were encouraged to stay informed via the wisc.edu homepage and to engage in ongoing conversations about future decisions.
