  3. Requirements • To be considered an active SNA member you must: • 1. Attend SNA meetings • 2. Pay dues of $15.00 per year • 3. Complete the SNA service hour requirements (4 hours/semester) • 4. Actively participate in SNA events • 5. Sign up at ORGSYNC.COM • 6. LIKE us on Facebook: TAMUCC SNA

Diabetes Walk • Date: Oct. 13th • Time:8 am • Where: Whataburger Field • Hours: • Raise $20 and Walk= 2 hours • Raise $30 and no walk= 1 hour • Just walk= 1 hour • Attire:SNA or TAMUCC shirt • Register: http://main.diabetes.org/site/TR/StepOut/A6STX-SouthTexasArea?pg=entry&fr_id=8409 • Team Name: TAMUCC SNA

  7. Meet and Greet • Date: Oct. 24th • Time: 11am – 1 pm • Where: 2nd floor Island Hall • SNA Table • Labs • Hours: Up to 2 Hours total • Attire:Business w/ lab coat

ALS Walk • Date: Oct. 27th • Time: 10 am • Where: Whataburger Field • Hours: • Raise $20 and Walk= 2 hours ** • Raise $30 and no walk= 1 hour • Just walk= 1 hour • Attire:SNA or TAMUCCshirt • Register: http://web.alsa.org/site/TR?sid=6639&type=fr_informational&pg=informational&fr_id= • TAMUCC SNA

  9. Lab tour • Date: Nov 6th • Time: 6:30-8pm • Where: IH Nursing Labs • Attire: Professional w/lab coat • 5 volunteers

  10. La FeriaHealth Fair • Date: Nov 10th • Time: 7am-1pm • Where: Martin Middle School Cafeteria • Blood pressures, finger sticks, BMIs, registration, crowd control • Attire: Professional w/lab coat

  11. Food Drive • Date: Nov 13th (Third SNA Meeting) • Hours: 2 can good items is 1 hour, 4 can good items is 2 hours

  12. Scheduled Meetings • November 13th – UC Oso Room 221(tentative) • December 4th – Lonestar Ballroom A

  13. Elections – Nov 13th • President Elect • Secretary • Vice President • UCSO Rep • Qualifications: • Must graduate on (President Elect) or after May 2013 • Must be an active member and be in the Nursing Program
