  6. Register as soon as possible!

  7. Grants.gov Confirmation • 24 to 48 hours after submission • Applicants will receive two emails: • Confirmation of receipt of application • Statement indicating: • “Received by Agency” = successful validation of the application • “Rejected with Errors” = rejection of the application due to errors

  8. Grants.gov Confirmation (cont.) “Rejected with Errors” • Technical or system issue ― Example: file naming convention ― 72 hours to correct and resubmit • Other issues ― Example: unapproved AOR ― Application is non-viable
