  4. Why did Judah have a false sense of protection or comfort? • Because of the Davidic Covenant—they felt like nothing bad could happen to them because God promised that a king from the line of David would always be on the throne.

  12. What is the Sinai Covenant? • The Sinai covenant is the promise, given at Mount Sinai, that IF Judah obeyed God THEN they would be blessed. It was conditional, meaning that disobedience would result in trouble for Judah
