Finding Central Angle and Area of Regular Polygons
DESCRIPTION
In this problem, we explore the measurement of central angles for different polygons—pentagons, hexagons, dodecagons, and nonagons. Given an apothem of 12 inches, a radius of 13 inches, and an area of 480 square inches, we will calculate the central angle for each polygon type. Additionally, we will find the area of a regular pentagon with side lengths of 7 inches. This exercise includes understanding polygon geometry while applying formulas for sides, angles, and areas.
