  5. Every verb has 2 parts: Comer = com- Beber = beb- Leer = le- Aprender = aprend- Correr = corr- STEM + ENDING Compartir = compart- Escribir = escrib- Vivir = viv- Abrir = abr- Subir = sub- + ER or IR

  6. To form the present tense:ER verbs STEM + Verb ending -o -es -e -emos -éis -en

  7. To form the present tense:IR verbs STEM + Verb ending -o -es -e -imos -ís -en
