PROGRESS SINCE OUR LAST BRIEFING OF PC • This is our third appearance before the PC since our appointment in July 2011 • The BPRC has produced a report for the period July 2011-June 2012 • After this period the BPRC prepared for Phase 2 • The Minister has since signed off on the Phase 2 projects • The BPRC found the work challenging and complex • The Committees approach was to work closely with the department and consult widely across the water sector
