KSE graduates and career opportunities • Total KSE graduates: 462 • 63% of graduates work in the private sector, primarily in investment, banking, finance, audit, and consulting (Dragon Capital, Bain, BCG, Citibank, Interpipe, Morgan Stanley, etc.) • 23 % of graduates occupy policy-related positions in local and Western think tanks, research institutes, academia (Princeton, Cornell, Berkeley), and international financial institutions (IMF, World Bank, EBRD, etc.) • 14% of graduates continue their education abroad at Ph.D. programs in economics, 73 of which have already obtained international doctoral degrees. 11 of those graduates teach at KSE on full- or part- time basis.

Alumni successes Analyst ranking in Ukraine, according to the Thomson Reuters Extel Survey • 2008: the analytical team of Concorde Capital has been recognized as the best analytical team in Ukraine. The leaders of the team are Vladimir Nesterenko, KSE’2004, and Alexander Parashiy, KSE’2004. • 2009: the first place in the has been taken by Troika Dialog Ukraine economist Irina Piontkovskaya and Dragon Capital analysts Olena Bilan and Vitaliy Vavryshchuk, all KSE alumni. • 2010: KSE alumnus’2003 Vitaliy Vavryshchuk (BG Capital) has taken the third place.

Alumni successes • Alina Slyusarchuk, KSE’2008, has been appointed as an Associate in the Research Department of Institutional Sales and Trading Division of Morgan Stanley (London). • Orest Novoselsky, KSE’2007, Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. • Alina Havrysh, KSE’1998, works as a Principal Banker, EBRD. • Iryna Ivaschenko, KSE’1998, has been appointed as IMF Resident Representative in Budapest.

Alumni successes • Maxym Kryshko, KSE’2001, PhD, University of Pennsylvania, has recently been employed by the IMF (Washington, DC) as an Economist. • Andriy Norets, KSE’2002, is Assistant Professor at Princeton University. •  Victor Tsyrennikov, KSE’2002, is Assistant Professor at Cornell University. • Sergiy Stetsenko, KSE’2003, PhD, University of Pennsylvania, has recently been appointed as a Senior Economist, Moody's, USA. • Viacheslav Sheremirov, KSE’2008, has been accepted to the Ph.D. Program in Economics of the University of California, Berkeley.
