Monthly SMT Data Timeliness AMWG CR 2014 002End to End File Processing Completeness – July 2014 Monthly Attainment - Files to FTPS: 97.07% Files to Portal: 99.29% TARGET (95%) % Timely Market Delivery - % of files posted to market (FTPS) by 11:00pm out of # of files received by SMT by 11:00pm. % Portal Data Availability - % of files loaded to the database for data availability on portal by 6:00am next day for the files received by 11:00pm * A LSE file includes usage data for upto 50,000 ESIIDs. The master files are also considered for above metrics. Observed Anomalies: • 07/07 to 07/21 - Observed delays in posting files to FTPS due to an issue with file encryption due to introduction of enrollment. Corrected the problem to avoid delays. • 07/28 - Observed temporary issue with database which was corrected immediately 2

SMT API and FTPS Services Availability The service availability is measured as a percentage of number of minutes the service was available out of the total number of minutes in a month excluding planned outages. • We have intermittent issues from 07/13 to 07/21 due to high volume Ad hoc API requests and integration issue between SMT & TDSP systems
