  3. How to access this data? • Web address • http://la-ebr.analysis.tetradata.com/ • Login information • Username: your email address up to the @ • Password: password (must change when you first login) • This data can be accessed through • Reports • Queries

  4. What is a report? • A user friendly graphic representation of student data • Can be found on the My Reports tab under Dynamic reports

  5. What is a query? • Used to collect specific information • Can be found under My Queries tab under shared • Queries are in the Tetradata Support Folder

  6. Types of Reports • Intervention • Unit Tests • Unit Tests: Subgroup • Unit Tests: Teacher • Unit Tests: Progress Monitoring • Growth Report • State Test Comparison Report

  7. Intervention Report • Description: • Previous year course grades and posttest • Current year pretest • Demographic data • State test data

  8. Ways to use the Intervention Report • Identify students for remediation or acceleration • The beginning of the school year • When new students enroll

  9. Unit Tests Report • Description: • School level percent proficient • Number of students tested • Drill down to student rosters by achievement level

  10. Ways to use the Unit Tests Reports • Track school performance on Benchmark exams • Compare with the district performance

  11. Unit Tests: Subgroup Report • Description: • Displays subgroup percent proficient • Number students tested • Drill down to student rosters by achievement level

  12. Ways to use the Unit Tests: Subgroup report • Track subgroup performance on Benchmark exams.

  13. Unit Tests: Teacher Report • Description: • Displays percent proficient • Number students tested by teacher • Drill down to student rosters by achievement level

  15. Progress Monitoring Report • Description: • Displays state test data and posttest • Current year demographic data • Current year course grades • Current year pretest • Current year unit test

  17. Growth Report • Description: • Displays achievement level change on state tests and pre/post test district tests

  18. Ways to use the Growth Report • Track achievement level growth for a cohort of students

  19. State Test Comparison Report • Description: • Five years of state test data by school.

Next Steps • The Data Warehouse is now available for teachers and administrators to use. • Cheat Sheets are in data binders and available on the web at http://ebrstats.ebrschools.org • These cheat sheets can be used to access the data warehouse. • Additional on-site training will occur • See data binder • After school training will also be available
