  2. 2017-2018 Budget Development Please print and bring the following items with you to your budget development appointment: Signed Recommendation and Assurances Page Budget Summary Page(s) School Budget Signature Forms Targeted Student Population (TSP) Plan

  3. Recommendationsand Assurances Print the Recommendations and Assurances page and obtain the required wet (ink) signatures. The text boxes have been grayed out where wet signatures are required.

  4. Budget Summary Click on the printer icon to print the Budget Summary Sheet

  5. School Budget Signature Form Print the School Budget Signature Forms and obtain the Principal and SSC Chairpersons signatures

  6. New for 2016-2017 For planning purposes, please be aware of the following changes: Imprest claims for Title I must be requested by May 5, 2017. All Title I requests must come to our office to be approved before they can be processed. All P-Card orders must be in by May 5, 2017 and must be reconciled by May 30, 2017. The cut-off date for all orders placed through shopping cart or paid for with P.O.s is May 5, 2017and must be received by June 30, 2017. Software License Maintenance- All software renewals must be in place by May 5, 2017. All equipment purchases through General Supplies-Technology (430001)or Non-Capitalized Equipment (440001) must be received by May 5, 2017. These new cut-off dates ensure that this year’s funding benefits the students who generated the funds. Procurement deadlines for purchases with Title I funds

  7. Budget Adjustments for Categorical Programs need to be submitted by May 5, 2017 • All Budget Adjustments require a SPSA Modification Budget Adjustment Deadline

  8. Submitting your Categorical Equipment Inventory • Email the spreadsheet (Attachment B) in excel format to: Federal and State Education Programs (FSEP) by June 9, 2017 or after all equipment has been received for the current school year FSEP@lausd.net Subject line: School Name_CEI_2016-2017

  9. All Time Reporting Documentation must be completed prior to submitting Attachment I • Administrator Assurances (Attachment I) is due to Local District South Operations no later than by June 30, 2017. • Please email it to lynette.cortinas@lausd.net OR • Fax it to (310)527-7763 Time Reporting Documentation
