  3. Sørg for å overføre erfaringer fra den ene administrasjonen til den neste • Skaff deg oversikt over dine gjøremål og ditt ansvarsområde • Få gode rutiner på å videresende informasjon fra guvernøren til alle medlemmer i klubben

  4. Skap entusiasme i klubben og aksept og forståelse for verdien av rekruttering og opptak av nye medlemmer • NB !! Alle de gode og idéelle ”drømmer” vi har om en god og aktiv klubb faller på plass når vi får betydelig medlemsvekst, og lar de nye medlemmer få slippe til ! • Gi de nye ansvar !
