  2. 7018 T-Joint • Single Pass 1/8 7018 115 amps DCEP polarity

  3. Correct Rod Angle • The rod should be at a 45 degree angle to the joint.

  4. Correct Travel Angle • The travel angle should be about 60 degrees from the horizontal plate on the joint.

  5. 7018 Multi -Pass • This is a multi-pass made with 3 beads showing. It has a 2 bead multi-pass under it and a single pass under those.

  6. Multi-Pass Rod Angle • These pictures show the rod angle for the final 3 passes. 1st-Pass

  7. Multi-Pass Rod Angle • 2nd- Pass

  8. Multi-Pass Rod Angle • 3rd- Pass
