  2. Multiplying Radicals • Index’s must be the same • Outside times Outside, Keep it Outside • Inside times Inside, Keep it Inside • Simplify if possible

  3. Adding and Subtracting • Root (Index and Inside) MUST be the same • If they are not the same then Simplify all roots first • Combine like terms treating the Roots like variables
