5. 2005 Strategic Direction (OGSM) • National Headquarters Office to provide the required administrative support • Partnerships with National Science Foundation, NSBE, NABA and other minority focused organizations/associations who posses a strong collegiate membership base • Chapter and needs assessment analysis to develop an effective method for rejuvenation of chapters coupled with financial resources • Develop a defined program to identify chapters/members/partners changing patterns 1st Quarter NBOD Meeting

8. 2005 Strategic Direction (OGSM) • Solicit information from Chapters and Officers via web based survey for input and needs analysis • Conduct research to determine the industry trends as it relates to the professional demographics of BDPA • Identify and schedule meetings with key House, Senate and Committee Officials to address the organization’s objectives • Identify targeted HBCU colleges and universities department heads to discuss industry requirements for professional development, employment and research 1st Quarter NBOD Meeting

New Program Announcements • Administrative: • Executive Leadership to solicit services of an independent consultant to conduct an organizational assessment of National Headquarters • Search for new national office location with more square footage and cut operating costs (per NEC mandate) • Complete action plan to transition administrative activities of each Business Area to National Headquarters 1st Quarter NBOD Meeting
