  2. Case Overview • Mailyn Pickler (Arizona) was working for an auto dealership when she told a manager that she was pregnant. About a week later her supervisors told her she was being fired. The EEOC filed a lawsuit on Pickler's behalf, and the case was settled out of court for $70,000.
